The purpose of the work table is to continue the comparison between the CRIT member companies on the theme “Management of technical documentation” aimed at deepening the methods of management of the development process and creation of technical manuals associated with each product.

The comparison will start from the experience of CNH Industrial, which will carry out an intervention focused on the following topics:

• From the creation of the manual to the concept of “technical communication”
• The process of creating manuals (editing, translation, illustration management, printing) and supporting tools used
• Management of customizations and documentation update activities

Each associated company is invited to bring their experience on the contents of the meeting.

The meeting is addressed to technicians from the following areas: Design Area, Technical Office, Communication Area.
