CRIT Research invites all members to participate in the “Problem Solving Collaborative Pilot Project” discussion table.
The objective of the work table is to share the activities and results emerging from the Problem Solving Collaborative pilot project carried out, during 2014, by Caprari, Corghi and SCM Group, with the coordination of CRIT and the technical support of an external expert tutor in problem solving methodologies (mainly TRIZ).
The aim of the pilot project was to test and validate a collaborative problem solving method to offer new opportunities for partner companies. The basic idea of the project, developed by a special working group composed of some member companies, was to create an inter-company problem-solving team, exploiting the complementarity and the variety of skills present in the participating companies , to deal with technological issues submitted, in turn, by each of them.
During the meeting the 3 problems faced during the project will be presented, the problem solving method used and an evaluation of the experience gained will be shared with the participants.
