Quality management in the supply chain

Meeting dedicated to the analysis of the operational structure (people, organization, tools) and indicators that are used to evaluate, qualify and monitor suppliers.

Some of the topics that will be discussed during the meeting are:

• Skills / training / extraction of Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE) or Supplier Development Engineers (SDE);
• Insertion of the SQE / SDE team in the organization chart – Purchases, Quality … or else?
• Activities and indicators for monitoring suppliers

The meeting will start with a presentation by Walvoil who will share his experience on the subject. Then there will be a table discussion during which each member company is invited to make its own contribution.
