Tue 12 May 2020

Event description

The scenario determined by the health emergency linked to Covid-19 has imposed a drastic change in lifestyle and work for citizens and businesses. In particular, according to the Nomisma Lockdown Observatory, in this period in a few weeks almost 2 million Italians have started working in Smart Working, and 56% of them would like to continue also in the restart phase, albeit in reduced mode .

The phase of the reopening of the company offices, subject to times and methods that will be defined by the national authority, envisages the implementation of the shared regulation protocol for the measures to contrast and contain the spread of Covid-19 in the workplace of 14 March 2020. This protocol provides that the company organization is reviewed through numerous actions, including: the use of Smart Working for all activities that can be carried out remotely, the shifting of employees to minimize contacts, regulation the methods of entry into the company and access to the common parts, the reorganization of training activities, etc.

This work table aims to offer CRIT member companies the opportunity to discuss how they dealt with the practical aspects related to the introduction of Smart Working in the early stages of the health emergency, and above all it wants to be a tool to share the best operational practices for the contrast and containment of the spread of Covid-19 for the future restart phase.
