We support enterprises in their innovation process
CRIT is a private company specialized in the research and analysis of technical and scientific information and in the development of research project activities.
CRIT fosters dialogue between enterprises on problems and solutions regarding relevant technical, organizational and logistic issues, through the exchange of best practices and the organisation of specific benchmarking activities.
Founded in 2000 upon the initiative of 14 enterprises, CRIT counts at the moment 28 shareholders and is open to new companies interested in accessing the wide range of expertise of its corporate, sharing its technological culture.
CRIT offers specific activities and innovation support services also to excellences’ suppliers of CRIT shareholders, forming the Network of Endorsed Suppliers (NFA – Network Fornitori Accreditati). The network is mainly composed by small and medium enterprises having high technology competences and processes acknowledged by at least one of CRIT shareholders. Currently, the Network of Endorsed Suppliers counts 48 enterprises.
Moreover, CRIT is also partner of several important national and international innovation networks as EFFRA ( the European Factories of the Future Research Association), SPIRE (the Sustainable Process Industry through Resource and Energy Efficiency) and the High Technology Network of Emilia-Romagna Region (Rete Alta Tecnologia), while remaining constantly active In the development of new services to support innovation.
CRIT addresses its activities to every type of company or intermediary partner (institutions, associations and other entities), offering Technology Scouting and Innovation Development services, although it addresses specific services such as Collaborative Innovation activities only to enterprises which are part of the core network of SHAREHOLDERS and NFA.
To date, CRIT organized overall more than 1500 activities to properly respond to the needs of its client companies.
In 2018 CRIT implemented 32 technology scouting activities, both for its shareholders and external enterprises, 42 collaborative innovation events, involving more than 600 people.
