Description

SYNERGY aims at strengthening linkages, cooperation and synergies among companies, industry, research, intermediaries and political authorities in Central Europe. The project will analyse already financed and finalised innovation projects and cluster institutions involved in three key project areas (KPA) covering the most promising modern industrial technologies. These areas include:

  1. Additive manufacturing and 3D printing
  2. Processes and materials related to micro and nano-technologies
  3. Industry 4.0

Institutions and clusters included in each sector will form “synergic networks” based on a new evaluation methodology for projects and an online IT tool “synergic consortia matchmaking”. Additionally, the project will define new crowd innovation services and will test them in various pilot actions. Consequently, project activities will improve the creation of innovative services and will facilitate transnational cooperation in the industrial sector..

Objectives

  • Enabling networking, matchmaking and linking of regional actors from the research field and intermediaries working within the 3 KPAs.
  • Developing new services for regional actors in Central Europe, coming from the research, industry and intermediary field which work within the 3 KPAs.
  • Boosting crowd innovation initiatives in Central Europe regions.
